Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), non stock items will be added to the production schedule. Made to Order Roll Cage Kits take an average 2-3 weeks to manufacture ready for dispatch

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped with tracking and courier details.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary dependent on your location around the world, we will always use the most economical route with our preferred logistics partners.

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, carrier issues).

You will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost.
  • Certain regions will require Certificates of Origin (COO) and Attested Invoices, these are issued by the regional office for the Chamber of Commerce, these are chargeable. Please contact the sales team for further details and current costs.
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can check your shipment status at any time.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, a commercial business address is always the preferred delivery destination.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
