Chassis Preparation Requirements – Roll Cage Installation

Unless prior approval is granted by senior management, all chassis must be fully stripped before delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of:

• All interior trims, panels, and linings • Wiring looms
• Fuel tanks or fuel cells
• All glass (including windscreens)
• Doors (unless specifically required for door bar fitment)
• Engines

The chassis may be delivered either rolling or mounted on a trolley/dolly.

⚠️ Important: Any components not removed are liable to be damaged during the roll cage fabrication process. While Custom Cages will take every reasonable precaution to avoid damage, we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred as a result of unremoved items during the installation process.

Bare Minimum Removal:

All interior including dash, heater, blower, roof lining and all glass must be removed; any items not removed that need to be will be charged at a rate of £40.00 per hour.

Unfortunately, any items removed cannot be re-fitted. Custom Cages will take great care in removing any items, including any glass left in the vehicle, but please be aware that if any glass or parts not removed and are damaged will not be replaced or compensated for.

Bolt-In Roll Cages Fitment

Bolt-In Roll Cages must be judged on their own merit as to how much interior is removed depending on application.
