With decades of experience in the motorsport industry, our machine shop specialises in the production of high-precision components manufactured to the most exacting standards.

Whether it’s one-off prototypes, jobbing work, or small-batch production runs, our team delivers consistent quality with rapid turnaround times.

Our facility in Daventry is equipped with a blend of four-axis CNC machining centres and CNC lathes, allowing us to meet the demanding requirements of high-performance engineering.

Capabilities

We manufacture a broad range of components – from precision transmission nuts to complete gearbox housings machined from billet.

All our FIA Homologated LAP Joint range is completed in-house.

Turning Centres include:

• Taiwan Takisawa NEX-108 Capacity: Ø250 mm x 500 mm (length)

• Colchester CNC Capacity: Ø500 mm x 1000 mm (length)

Milling Centres:

• Bridgeport VMC 600 Travel: 600 mm (X), 400 mm (Y), 450 mm (Z)

• Bridgeport VMC 460 Travel: 450 mm (X), 300 mm (Y), 300 mm (Z)

Our machining capability supports both customer-supplied designs and our own R&D.

Tooling & Tube Bending Support

We produce all tooling required for our tube bending operations, including:

• Custom formers
• Mandrels
• Clamp sets

This in-house tooling capability enables us to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining full control over quality and performance.
